Everything you need to get your catch from the icebox to the pan is in this kit. The 6'' fillet knife's stainless steel blade is taper-ground to a razor sharp edge. Contoured handle keeps your fingers out of the work. Cut resistant glove is made from stainless steel wire, wrapped in a soft yarn. It helps protect you from nicks and gives a secure grip on the fish. The single-stage sharpener keeps the edge up through a long filleting session. 100-page booklet provides instructions on cleaning fish, knife care, and includes recipes.
