Is cold weather not a factor for your workouts?

We're currently recruiting for outdoor boot camp instructors that actually enjoy teaching/working outside in the winter months.

Classes start early, like 6am early, and meet rain or shine (or snow in our case). We're looking for fun, enthusiastic, dependable, instructors that don't mind stomping around in 30 degree weather.

Personal training or group exercise certification required. Boston locals encouraged to apply.
