Utilize and maintain the ADP HR-B Workforce Now HRIS system
Monitor and update system modules as necessary: HR& Benefits, Time & Attendance, Performance Reviews, Reports
Assist employees with system-related questions
Collect and analyze data and provide ad hoc and monthly reporting related to HR activities and key initiatives
