The antique oak bedroom set is accented by a skylight and ceiling fan. An adjacent room is set up as a small second bedroom. The spacious tiled bath/salon features a jetted tub, shower, down-stuffed chaise lounge, and cheval mirror. The bright and sunny kitchen is fully-applianced and equipped with everything except the groceries. The stacked washer and dryer unit is built-in and not coin-operated. An executive desk awaits the resident’s laptop or PC, and telephone jacks are located in all rooms. All utilities--electricity, heat, hot water, A/C, Wi-Fi, and cable—are included, as are ceiling fans and air conditioners throughout, as well as beautiful hardwood floors and area rugs.
